Among partner institutions in Armenia are the Institute for Informatics and Automation Problems NAS RA and the main universities including the Yerevan State University (Faculty of Biology), Russian-Armenian University (Biomedical Department), Armenian State Pedagogical University (Faculty of Physiology), International Scientific and Educational Center of NAS RA, and research centers and clinics mainly grouped around the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Agriculture of Armenia including the:

Partnership is based on S&T collaboration agreements and realized through implementation of joint projects, organization of joint educational units (department), laboratories, conferences, and workshops and trainings.
IMB is the founder and facilitator of the Armenian Association of Molecular and Cellular Biology and Immunology and a joint member of the Biotechnological Armenian Association, Electronic Library Consortium of Armenia, and Technology Transfer Association.
