the Institute of Molecular Biology NAS RA is organizing an R course, entitled
"Disentangling diversity in complex biodata: an R course"

Henry Löffler-Wirth,
PhD from the Interdisciplinary Center for Bioinformatics, Leipzig, Germany.

The preliminary course program is:
Day 1) Basic programming in R
Day 2) Advanced programming
Day 3) A little programming project
Day 4) Standard microarray analysis and OMIcs analysis using oposSOM
Day 5) Case study and advanced oposSOMing
For registration send your motivation letter. In the motivation letter, indicate:
1) Your educational and professional background
2) How you intend to use the skills and knowledge obtained from the course in your research
3) Whether you are able to bring a laptop to the course.
Deadline for registration is
March 27, 2016.
The course will be conducted in
English.
Participation is
free of charge.
Five computer-equipped places are available.
Five additional places are available for participants coming with their laptops.
Selection will be based on evaluation of applicants' academic standing and motivation.
Upon completing the course all participants will receive certificates of participation.
